Wall Street just ticking higher suggests, "Sustainable up moves" for the market. And Chuck Carlson, CEO of Horizon Investment Services says "stocks flying all over the place on a daily basis...breeds a trading environment." So Carlson tells Larry Kofsky, "boring is pretty beautiful" for Wall Street at this point. As for the day's report on GDP, Carlson says he looks for improving numbers from here.
